How to Use Crystal
Preparation
-Removing Bubbles:
Containers in Warm Water: Place the sealed containers of No. 1 bottle and hardener in the warm water bath for a few minutes to slightly warm them up. This makes the No. 1 bottle thinner and can help it flow more easily, which can reduce bubble formation.
-Surface: Make sure your artwork or object is clean and free from dust or debris.
Mixing:
-the correct mixing ratio: No. 1 bottle(1) : No. 2 bottle(2)
Mix Thoroughly: Stir the mixture slowly to avoid creating bubbles. Mix until you achieve a uniform consistency.
Application:
-Pouring: Pour the mixed No. 1 bottle in your Bottle .
Curing:
-Drying Time: Allow the No. 1 bottle to cure as per the instructions. This can range from several hours to 24 hours, depending on the product.
Recommendations
-Ventilation:
Open the Bottle: It’s generally better to leave the bottle loosely capped or partially covered to allow gases to escape. This helps avoid pressure build-up and ensures a more even cure.
Use a Dust Cover: If you're concerned about dust, you can cover the bottle with a clean cloth or plastic sheet that doesn’t touch the No. 1 bottle but still helps protect against debris.
Mixing Process: The more No. 1 bottle you mix, the more likely you are to introduce air bubbles. With a smaller amount, you might mix more gently and introduce fewer bubbles.
Suspend : Lower the umbilical cord into the water, allowing the fishing line to keep it at the desired depth.
